PHARMACOLOGIC ACTION
Shirebi tablet is a traditional Chinese medicine preparation. Shirebi tablet has good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. In mouse experiments, Shirebi tablets can prolong the pain threshold of acute pain caused by physical stimuli and chemical substances, and inhibit the swelling of mouse ears caused by xylene and the increase of abdominal vascular permeability caused by glacial acetic acid. Shirebi tablets can inhibit acute inflammation of adjuvant arthritis in rats, reduce the severity of inflammation, and can inhibit a series of changes such as synovial hyperplasia, fibrosis, inflammatory cell infiltration, cartilage and bone destruction during the development of AA inflammation.
