In order to observe the clinical efficacy of Yin Dan Xin Tai Di Pill in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, Zhang Dachuang and others used it to treat coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (referred to as coronary heart disease) and angina pectoris 40 Cases, and with isosorbide mononitrate treatment of 40 cases were observed. The same two groups of basic treatment. Forty patients in the treatment group were treated with Yindan Xintaidi Pill. In the control group, 40 patients were given isosorbide mononitrate tablets for 30 days for one course of treatment and after one course of treatment, the effect was statistically evaluated.
After the end of the course of treatment, the results of angina pectoris were as follows: The treatment group was markedly effective in 18 cases (45%), improvement in 20 cases (50%), ineffective in 2 cases (5%), and the total effective rate was 95%. The control group was markedly effective in 10 cases (25%), improvement in 18 cases (45%), ineffective in 12 cases (30%), the total effective rate was 70%. The total effective rate was significantly different between the two groups (P <0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group. Electrocardiogram ischemic efficacy results: The treatment group was significantly improved in 14 cases (35%), improvement of 16 (40%), no change in 10 cases (25%), the total effective rate of 75%. The control group markedly improved in 10 cases (25%), improved in 12 cases (30%), no change in 18 cases (45%), the total effective rate was 55%. The total effective rate was significantly different between the two groups (P <0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group. Hemorrheology was significantly improved in the treatment group with no significant change in the control group.
