USAGE AND DOSAGE

PHARMACOLOGIC ACTION
The pharmacological studies have shown that Fuguigutong granules can significantly prolong the latent period of pain response of mice and significantly reduce writhing response induced by acetic acid. There was a significant inhibitory effect on xylene-induced mouse ear swelling.
Can significantly inhibit the acetic acid-induced increase in capillary permeability of the mouse's abdominal cavity microcirculation. The delayed-type hypersensitivity of mice has obvious inhibitory effect. The early inflammatory response and delayed type hypersensitivity of adjuvant arthritis in rats were significantly inhibited.
