PHARMACOLOGIC ACTION
Preclinical pharmacological tests show that Yatongting Diwan can reduce the number of writhing reactions induced by acetic acid in mice and increase the pain threshold of mice induced by hot plate. This product can inhibit xylene-induced ear swelling in mice and carrageenan-induced rat foot.Increase in peritoneal capillary permeability in mice induced by acetic acid. In vitro antibacterial test showed that this product has a certain inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans.
