Return policy
Medicines are special products, once sold they can't be returned to the counter again, so usually we can't refund.
On such kind of conditions we can refund:

1. The China Post or other delievery companies cannot tell where the parcel is until it is updated, so neither do us. We'll full refund three months no update (lost state). 2. If some mistakes happen, the products inside not what you have ordered, we will full refund. |

For customers from European Union or other countries who need to pay taxes or duties to your own country for this parcel: please track your parcel it's shipping status oftenly, once the parcel arrives at your customs, please pay your taxes or duties as quickly as you can, otherwise your parcel will be hold on at the customs and be destroyed days later, on this conditions we won't refund. 2. If the parcel arrives in your country, and you don't want it anymore, we can't refund. |
