INGREDIENTS

USAGE AND DOSAGE
For oral use after meals ,4g thrice daily or by medical ordor.Generally 7 days for a treatment course,continue 3 course.

PHARMACOLOGIC ACTION
Isosorbide mononitrate (ISMN) is the major bioactive metabolite of isosorbide dinitrate. Like other organic nitrates, the main pharmacological action is relaxation of vascular smooth muscle. ISMN release of nitric oxide (NO), NO has the same as the endothelium, activation of guanylate cyclase, smooth muscle cells within the cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) increase, thereby relaxing vascular smooth muscle, the peripheral arteries and veins dilatation, The expansion of the role of veins stronger. Vein dilatation in the blood retention in the periphery, back to reduce the amount of blood, left ventricular end diastolic pressure and pulmonary capillary wedge pressure (pre-load) decreased.
