ACTIONS AND INDICATIONS:
Supplementing qi and nourishing yin,tonifying kidney and spleen,clearing away rext toxic materials.(Yi Qi Yang Yin, Bu Shen Jian Pi, Qing Chu Yu Du). Indicated for Chronic Nephritis due to Deficiency of Qi and Yin ,symptems are qi and yin deficiency,kidney and spleen deficiency,heat toxic materials left, Lassitude,soreness and weakness of waist and knees, face edema and limbs swelling, dizziness, tinnitus, proteinuria, hematuria ect.

INGREDIENTS:
American Ginseng, Ginseng, Rehmannia Glutinosa, Eucommia
Ulmoides, Chinese Yam, Oldenlandia Diffusa, Black Bean, Poria
Cocos, Leonurus, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Cogongrass
Rhizome. (Xi Yang Shen, Ren Shen, Di Huang, Du Zhong, Shan
Yao, Bai Hua She She Cao, Hei Dou, Fu Ling, Yi Mu Cao, Dan
Shen, Bai Mao Gen.)

USAGE AND DOSAGE：
Oral,5 tablets per time,thrice daily.

CAUTIONS：
1. Avoid spicy, greasy,sweet food during taking this product.
2. No sex during medication.
3. 4 weeks without any remission,or symptems aggravated,appeared new serious symptems, should go to hospital.

5. Do not use this product if the property changed.
6. Keep out of reach of children.
