Chen Zhenglei, male, was born in May 1949 in Chenjiagou, Wen County, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province. He is the 19th generation of Chen family in Chenjiagou and the 11th generation of Tai Chi. He has profound and pure Tai Chi Kung Fu and has made great achievements in theoretical research. He is known as the "Tai Chi King Kong".
Chen Zhenglei is the vice chairman of Henan Wushu Association, deputy director of the Provincial Wushu Management Center, head coach of Henan Tai Chi Fitness Training Center, senior national martial arts coach, member of the Chinese Wushu Association, and one of China's "Top Ten Martial Arts Masters". He is the first Tai Chi master in Chenjiagou who was promoted to the highest level of Chinese martial arts, the ninth level. On February 26, 2021, he was elected as the 2020 "China Intangible Cultural Heritage Person of the Year".
