Preclinical pharmacodynamic test results show that: Dalitong Keli can promote normal rats gastric acid and pepsin secretion, promote gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion of mice, increase rabbit contraction in the body muscle contraction and contraction frequency,increase mice defecations and defecation frequency of atropine induced constipation. Can reduce the number of writhing times caused by intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid in mice, reduce the wet weight and dry weight of cotton granuloma; inhibit the vomiting of domestic pigeons caused by digitalis tincture.
